I have recently moved in to a property and throughout the last year refurbished each room.

I am a professional with a safe and responsible job seeking to rent out one of the spare rooms.

I let the room out recently already to one girl and then another moved in after she left. They were both on 6month work placements so went back to their respective towns.

ALL bills are included which includes internet and virgin media.

I am a none smoker, VERY clean and tidy so expect the same.

I work shifts and therefore the majority of evenings and weekends tenant will have the house to themselves.

It's a great location very close to shopping village, countryside with some lovely pubs/walks and access to A45.

PLEASE NOTE I'm looking for females ONLY due to the fact they are cleaner and easier to get on with. I have a girlfriend myself who lives locally and I spend most of my time at hers to be fair!
