The room is a large double on the top floor of a 3 bed house set in the beautiful village of Harpole. Ideally I would like a Mon-Fri lodger and can provide laundered bedding every week.
The room benefits from amazing views over the countryside, fitted wardrobe and ample storage. The village has excellent access to the M1 J16 and is a short drive into the town centre.
I am ideally looking for a professional tenant who must be a non-smoker and likes dogs as I have a small friendly dog called Sophie.
