Double room in Kettering close to station & shops

Recently refurbished good-sized, clean & comfortable double room situated in large house in Central Kettering. Would suit female professional. The room is fully furnished with double bed including bedding & storage, wardrobe, desk, chair, wash-hand basin, bed-side lamps and desk lamp. Shared bathroom just across landing. We are a family of four (two teenagers aged 16yrs and 18yrs with one dog and two cats. The house is large and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It includes a shared kitchen, open-plan living room, games room, downstairs wc and utility room. Upstairs consists of three further bedrooms.
Bills included but not food.
Quiet street, 7mins walk from Kettering station, 5mins walk from town centre: restaurants, coffee shops etc.
Large garden with decking areas.
Must be respectful of other people's property. References will be required.
Short-term lets considered but will cost more with payments upfront.
