Large double room in beautiful house

Hi,

I have a large double room available in my 3 bed, 2 bath house in Kettering.

The room is fully furnished with a large triple wardrobe with 6 big drawers, a double bed and mattress, a bedside table and a cupboard.

In the house there are two bathrooms so there would be no fighting for the shower in the morning. The kitchen is big and modern and there is a cosy lounge too.

I have just moved back from 7 years in London and I work in London 4 days a week. I am a homely person who loves cooking and baking, chain-watching netflix and seeing my family and friends.

I would prefer to live with a woman but would consider a man too. I would like to live with someone a similar age to myself, who has house shared before. They must be working full time, preferably regular working hours. They also absolutely must be clean and tidy.

The rent is £400 a month which includes all bills. The deposit is a month and a half rent to be paid in advance with the first months rent.
