Hi,
I'm a 33 year old female Teacher who is sociable and friendly, but likes to keep the house clean and tidy.
I don't smoke and have no pets, although my family dog comes and stays sometimes.

The house is a really lovely, modern, three story town house. You to would share your own bathroom with one other male, and there is a downstairs loo. There's plenty of parking, a large garden, wireless broadband, sky freesat and plenty of storage. Bedroom is good sized double with lots of storage. The house is close to the town centre, but not far from the countryside, close to the train station and has a good bus route.

I'm looking for a similar minded person to live with. Someone who is clean and tidy, who cleans up after themselves and takes it in turn to hoover, etc is a must. You must also be respectful of others - and treat my house like a home, but also with respect.

Please note, I am currently only looking for a shorter term housemate.
