Double Room To Rent in Kingsthorpe

I am a friendly person looking to rent my lovely furnished double room out to rent in a lovely clean calm & relaxed home which is also very very peaceful. 5 min walk from Kingsthorpe shop`s(Asda, Waitrose etc)
I am looking for someone who would be respectful, clean, friendly of the other persons privacy and a non smoker.
The room is a spacious newly decorated and carpeted double dual aspect room, rent out to single person only (no couple)The room has a double bed but can be change to a single for more room, a chair, tv, freeview, wifi. It will be totally 2 people share the house, ie- kitchen, bathroom dining area,& garden(not shared lounge).all bills include gas, electric, co tax, tv licence, but not land line phone. there are 2 toilets, 1 up 1 down, bathroom has electric shower, kitchen has usual mod-cons, I have a nice kept garden which is nice to sit in when the weather is nice.

It's a quiet and a very clean house and I am looking for someone who will keep it that way, prefer Female but professional Male will also consider. If you are noisy or like mess this home is not for you as looking for someone who is neat & tidy as I keep a nice home.
