The house is an end of terrace property along a main road with easy access to shops, public houses and public parks which are a short walk/drive away (closest shops are newsagents/co-op/pharmacy/bake ry/ASDA/Waitrose - which are all within a ten to fifteen minute walk away).

The house is close to both Park and Avenue campus and located along the bus route.

The house has side and rear access with one parking bay available to the rear of the house, and with additional parking along the roads opposite and adjacent to the house.

In the house, there is a communal sitting area with television, digital box and wifi. The kitchen is large and open planned with a gas cooker, hob and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen backs onto a good sized patio area and large garden which can be assessed via patio doors or from a rear entrance.

There is a newly built downstairs bathroom in addition to a bathroom on the first floor.

Television licence and broadband is included in the monthly rent. However, water, gas, and electricity is NOT included and will arrive approximately every three months divided between the housemates.

The house is smoke free, however there is a smoking area in the rear garden.
