Double room to rent in Kingsthorpe

Hi all

I will be starting a career break in the next few months so have decided that to reduce the amount of savings I will be spending it would be good to get a lodger again! It is a career break to volunteer and pursue different career opportunities so I would still be around most of the time.

The room is a double, with a few large built in wardrobes and double bed included. I also have some other bedroom furniture if needed. The house has a nicely decorated lounge, dining room, large kitchen, downstairs bathroom, garage, off road parking and very big garden. There is also sky digital and broadband. I am ideally looking for female housemates as previous male housemates/friends have not exactly been cleanly!
