Clean room with furnishing if required available. Only available from 1st Aug (maybe a little earlier if required). I work shifts so considerate person required. I own 3 dogs and 2 horses so an aminal lover is a must.( chance of horse riding if you want)
Full Broadband (wireless) and total virgin media package included including in the room, as are other bills (excluding phone, other than incoming calls).
Great access to main routes including A45 A43.
Great bus route.
5 Mins from town centre by car with fantastic local facilities including shops gyms and cinema & places to eat out.
Quiet area.
Private garden. Good off road parking.
Would prefer a working person.
Strictly no smokers!!!
House will be shared with live in landlord and 1 other professional male.
