Fantastic Town Location Apartment.

As you will be sharing with myself, here is a little bit about me....I am a Single 46 yr old guy (though people say i look and act younger haha!) and in general have a relaxed, modern outlook to life.

I work at Nationwide Building Society as a Underwriter (my hours are generally Mond-Frid, 10am to 6pm) and as you can guess from my interests, i like my sport (rugby, football, cricket, snooker) - sometimes taking part but mostly watching.

So on to the place....the apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor.

My place is clean and tidy and recently re-furbished bedroom and bathroom.

I have the full Sky HD & BT Sports HD packages, along with Netflix, which I watch on my 50" Plasma HD TV. I have BT wireless unlimited download Broadband too.

The Kitchen has an Electric Oven & Gas Hob. There is a good size Fridge/Freezer + Washer/Dryer, as well as plenty of kitchen cupboard space (I have most kitchen utensils too)

I am advertising a SMALL DOUBLE (Brand new) bed with Mattress, sheets/pillows etc (Wardrobe/Clothes hanging space available) The apartment has Full Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing in every room.

The room is re-furbished, with brand new carpets and is very clean and tidy.

In the £90 per week, ALL bills, inc Water, Gas, Elect, Broadband & Sky/BT Subscription and Netflix are included.

All you have to provide is your own Food/Toiletries.

I have a lovely new modern bathroom, which has a shower over (including shower screen) and brand new toilet and basin.

Sometimes reading an advert is one thing, but is it worth a look too.
