Double Room In Open House Share

A decent sized house 10 mins walk from the town centre and local business etc.

There's a good convenience store 30 seconds away plus the free bus to university campus for students within a 2 mins walk.

In the house at present just me, the homeowner, I'm part of the gig economy so work from home.

It's a decent double single room that's available, but not just the room!

Roam the house as you please, The house has the mod cons you would expect, broadband to tumble dryer, and garden with a shed where you can keep you bike... that I'm building ATM, so If you've got 🛠 skills, awesome but not necessary 😊 🛠

The water, broadband, gas and electricity are included in the rent.

You will also have to share with a little staffy too. She's very friendly & loving to everybody, however she does especially like NEW people - so you'll have a good friend from day 1.

FYI - My 14yr old son & 17yr old daughter live in Sweden & come to stay sometimes in the Holidays, I'd rather my daughter wasn't in a house full of guys when she's here hence I'd rather rent the room to a female.

Not as strange as it sounds... it's worth a peek!
