Hello, I have a double room in Abington Area of Northampton NN1. The room is a large double with own TV point, double bed, wardrobe, chest and private bathroom. The property is clean and homey. The house is cleaned once a week so not argument about cleaning the communal zones. The house mates are working professionals, friendly and they get on. The large kitchen dinner has all modern items. There is also a patio area and garden with off road parking for 2 small cars, no-one in the house currently has a car.. It is a very quiet street with on and off road parking. The house is ideal for St Andrews and The General Hospital. A 20 minute walk to town. The rent is fully inclusive to include Internet and cleaning of the shared areas.
