Either can be furnished or unfurnished with large double bed and/or wardrobe if required - otherwise the 4th room will be furnished for guests. Both rooms have large bay windows giving plenty of light.

ALL bills are included in the monthly rent including full Virgin or Sky HD+ package and unlimited broadband. Car parking is also available for 3 cars.

The property is furnished including large HD TV, surround-sound system, Blu-Ray player and leather sofas. Large dining table as well as a big kitchen area complete with washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The area is fairly quiet and has local amenities within a 5 minute walking distance (Tesco Extra, Chinese & Indian take-away, hairdressers, cafe, florist etc.). Sixfields one way and Duston village a short walk the other way. There is a bus stop, literally outside the door, with frequent services to town, train station, Sixfields and Duston (every 30 mins). The M1 is just a stones throw away.

There is currently just me living there and I work 9-5, but not usually back 'til gone 7. Laid back, outgoing and spend a lot of time away from the apartment, including whole weekends, so you won't have to worry about being overcrowded or never getting the telly to yourself.

The place is definitely worth a look. Large living room, huge kitchen and separate dining area leading to an enclosed garden plus downstairs toilet.

Ideally looking for someone that will fit in nicely socially, is respectful of others living here and isn't afraid to do their fair share around the house. I'm fairly tidy and there aren't any strict cleaning rotas to worry about. I would never object to you having people over, nor would I want you to feel like the place wasn't equally your home too.
