Would suit a student or someone working full time.

Sorry no DSS, children or pets please.

Non smoking household, although there is back garden seating for smoking outside.

Ideal person would be happy, hard-working, tidy, independent and fun.

Car parking available at both front and back of house. Alternatively great bus routes & frequency (1 minute walk to bus stop).
