i have a ground floor apartment off wellingborough road - close to all local amenities and bus routes - 15 minutes walk from the train station - i have a double room for rent part furnished - with broadband and landline and sky ( tenant to pay for half of this each month ( 30 .00 ) shared use of bathroom and kitchen and living room I am in full time employment and take my job very seriously . i am a very hardworking woman and have alot of respect for my home and am very house proud and expect my flatmate to respect that . I am a very active person and go to the gym every night - i am also a very socialable person and go out clubbing every other weekend - i am a very friendly person who enjoys good conversation , cooking , all sorts of films - i am looking for a flatmate with the same qualities - sharing of household duties is only fair i like cleaniness yes but dont describe myself as OCD lol. I like mutual respect no bringing back loads of guests all at once - smoking to be done outside not inside.
