The room has Ikea furniture: a single bed, a wardrobe, and small bookcase. There is also space for a desk. All bills are included. Wifi and washing machine are available but landline phone is not. There is on road parking on the one way street which is usually quiet.

The house has a large kitchen, a large bathroom and a good size living room which are shared. There is also a large garden with a swing for when the weather is nice and Sky TV for nights in. In all, it feels home rather than just a shared accommodation. I like to share with someone who will treat the place like home.
