Are you a professional who is working in Northampton during weekdays and returning home at weekends?
I have a comfortable and pleasant, furnished, good sized single room available.
Room contains bed, bedside table, built in large wardrobe, desk with drawers and chair, plus chest of drawers. Double glazed window overlooking garden at rear of house. Room is carpeted and has radiator.
Bathroom situated next to bedroom. In addition, tenant has sole use of separate cosy living room with television. Bathroom, kitchen, garden is shared with householder. Home is a quiet, clean, Victorian style terraced house. Conveniently situated in popular Abington area, close to local park, amenities and easy to walk to town centre. On street parking.
I am looking for a considerate, trustworthy and reasonably tidy person to share my home with. (I don't eat meat so this may appeal to those who are vegetarian).
