Must be ok with pet cat within the home.
(or could be slightly smaller room with better usable floorspace & small-double bed for £500 mth)

Kitchen with Microwave, gas range-cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, utensils .
Has dining table and chairs next to kitchen.

Shower over bath in fully fitted, marble tiled bathroom is DOWNSTAIRS (no upstairs bathroom) in Victorian mid-terrace.

5mins walk from shops, restaurants & take-aways on Kingsley Park Terrace. co-op, Tesco Express, Chinese, pizza, Indian, fish&chip shops, bakery, cafes, banks, hairdressers & barbers, newsagents, Post Office.

Bus stops 5mins walk include 7, 11, 38 that take approx 10-15mins to/from town. Walk to town approx 20-30mins.

Room furnished with small wardrobe, writing bureau with drawers, chair & bedside table with lamp, Mirror. Bed has drawers in divan under mattress.

Bedding, quilt & towels can be provided for convenience of rental if required. Parking is ON-street but it does get very busy in evening (I often park on Junction Road for convenience as its not one-way street).

Back garden is seriously a jungle so please don't expect to use unless you care to tackle it (most welcome lol)!
