Hi,

I have a large part furnished double room to rent in my property. I've just moved in myself so i'm in the process of decorating the house to my taste. You will have a say in what colours you would like your bedroom, as this will be done by June.

I am looking for a courteous, down to earth and tidy professional female to share my house with me and my daughter. A good sense of humor and love for music/art/creativity/travel would be bonus :)

Use of the property consists of :

- Large part furnished double bedroom with, brand new double bed and mattress, tv unit and bedside table.
- Shared upstairs bathroom with shower
- Use of living room
- Shared downstairs toilet
- Use of large kitchen with w/machine
- Use of large garden with wide patio area and good sized lawn.
- Wide choice of unallocated parking
- Use of Virgin TV
- Use of Broadband

The house is on a direct bus route into the town centre aswell as being within easy access to the A45, M1 etc. With a number of shops, take aways and a pub close by. The house also has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout.

A deposit of £250 & 1 months rent of £300 will be required, plus proof of employment.
