Single room to let in house ten minutes walk from town centre and train station. Looking for a quiet and respectful lodger who is clean and tidy. I have two cats so any lodger must like cats/not be allergic.
I work full time and am also studying for a degree so need a quiet person in the house who appreciates that I need to be left alone to study.
