I have a furnished double room available for rent. The property has a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and a nice garden. The house is centrally located and is a short stroll (10 minutes)to the Town Centre, hospital and university (Town Centre campus).
The house has all the mod cons including WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
The large Racecourse Park is one street away. Parking is on street with no restrictions.
I am looking for someone who is tidy and needs pleasant accommodation Monday to Friday only.
