Gorgeous and very spacious room in a friendly fami

The house is a lovely large homely Victorian terrace. The room you would be renting is a large and spacious room at the top of the house, so very private. It has a double bed, a very large built in double cupboard with lots of hanging space for clothes, a settee, desk and chair, small chest of drawers, ample shelving and storage space, a little landing area outside with storage for shoes. It is a nice, cosy room with wooden floor, my favourite really and can be used as a living area as well as a bedroom for when you want a bit of distance from us! All bills are included plus use of the washing machine/ unlimited wi-fi and use of all crockery/ utensils etc in kitchen.
I work night shifts and I live in the house with my daughter who has just turned 18. My son is living away but comes back sometimes for a few days and my partner stays most nights too to see me or keep my daughter company when I’m working. We’re all friendly and easy going!
The house is close to the town centre (approx 10 to 15 minutes walk) Northampton General Hospital (15 min walk), close to lovely local parks, particularly close to the racecourse and a 10 minute walk to Abington park, a few minutes walk to the Picturedrome pub that is a nice place to chill and has good events regularly. We have a lovely Artisan bakery a just up the road. We are a friendly family and have always loved welcoming a lodger into our family, but you should have as much space as you need in your escape at the top of the house!
Please note there is no TV in the bedroom now but there is a satellite point.
Parking is free on the road (no permit needed)
