I have a large double room to rent out in a lovely bright and airy house in Abington. The pictures really don’t do it justice! The rent includes all bills, WiFi, Sky TV, gardening and cleaning.
There is a lounge, large kitchen diner, bathroom with bath and shower, a conservatory and a massive garden. Is in a lovely quiet area, walking distance from town, the university and Morrisons supermarket and has plenty of parking space on the street. There is also a bus stop less than 20 seconds walk away.
You will be sharing with me - a female, 35. I am looking for a housemate who is quiet, friendly and tidy - around the same age as me.
