I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my spacious 2 bedroom town apartment. It is a double bedroom catering to a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror, tv ect with its own private closet space in hallway for clothes and shoes. The room has an ensuite bathroom and there is also private off-road parking included with the room. The room is unfurnished however the rest of the flat is furnished to a high standard. Rent is £350 with an extra £150 for bills inc sky, internet, TV licence, gas, water, electric and council tax. I am a young working professional - Non smoker. Please contact for more information.
