Advertising a double room in a 2 bedroom terrace house in Northampton.

Quiet area just north of town (near kingsthorpe village), 5 mins drive to town/sixfields and 2mins walk to local supermarket and amenities.

House is a nice Victorian terrace house- fully furnished. Includes garden, broadband internet/TV, communal living room, dining room, kitchen (2 fridges, washing machine, microwave, oven), bathroom (with bath and separate standing shower) and cellar for storage.

Double room has storage and double bed base (tv and mattress can be provided if necessary- please state if so to discuss further).

Plenty of roadside parking available.

Preferably rent out to a professional either looking to move to or within Northampton or stay here during week for work purposes. Can be under sub-let agreement or on actual tenancy if preferred. Open to tenancy period also although preferred would be up to 11 months.

I am 29yr old single gay guy so tenant would have to be accepting of this but it doesn't define me and I definitely don't conform to any stereotype. Not really much of a party animal these days- main interests are movies/cinema, music, gaming, football and cycling.

Orientation, age, ethnicity of tenant are not important to me but must be secure financially and ideally a professional. Non-smoker is a must also.

7 days or mon-fri people welcome.

I'm a genuine, nice laidback guy- not messy but also not a cleanliness freak either.
