The house is within a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk of town. It is also just a 15 minute drive to the M1 motorway.
There is an open plan Sitting Room/Dining Room, shared Kitchen and Bathroom, with Shower.
I also have a cat, and occasionally foster animals, so you MUST BE AN ANIMAL LOVER. Preferably a non smoker and over 21.
