Double room with own bathroom (not an Ensuite)

1 double room in a 4 bed detached house, with broadband, and Sky in the living room, reasonable back garden, in a housing estate so space for parking.

Double room comes partly furnished with built in wardrobe, bed frame (double) and small draws, you have your own bathroom with Shower and bath, I may use the bath once in a blue moon as I only have a shower.

My current tenant moves out this month and would like to have someone move in on the 1st October or thereabouts.
Rent is paid on the 1st of every month.

Must like pets as I have 2 dogs, and a cat, and maybe 2 guinea pigs :) (yup crazy animal lady here)

although smokers are permitted, no smoking in the property is allowed.

Bit about me
I'm quite laid back, like nothing more than to sit and read, or go to the pub for a pint. I do love socialising and being busy but cause of works hours its normally only when I can be bothered :) (hmm why do i feel like I'm advertising for a partner not a house mate) I like to cook and apart from my room I'm reasonably tidy.
