A FEW SIMPLE LIVING RULE
Your room is your own private space, but I expect to find your room, my home, and all communal areas as I have left them. Do not leave empty food wrappers takeaway cartons etc in your room as these can smell, and also grease and residue can damage furniture and carpets . Coffee rings on surfaces and make-up on carpets etc will lead to your deposit not being refunded. Please do not leave crockery, cutlery, cups & glasses in your room. All bought down the same or next day . Shower, toilets and hand basins to be left as find them please. You will be expected to wash up and clean up after every use of the above facilities ensure the house is kept in a clean and tidy state at all times
