Hi, I have a double room available in a pleasant house in Kingsley. Close to all amenities, within walking distance of town center and very close to bus stop.
The house has a shared lounge, large kitchen/dining room with access to nice sized garden with patio and sun decking.
The ideal person would be mature, must like dogs and like to socialize over a glass of wine occasionally, but the house is large enough for you to get away and have alone time when required. I am looking for a clean and tidy person who will do their share around the house. Sorry, PLEASE NO STUDENTS.
