Double room to rent in kingsley, bills inc

I am renting out my double room in Kingsley by poets corner. It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, mirror, bedside drawers and tv. It includes all bills and wireless internet. You would obviously have use of the kitchen, living room and garden. I have a washing machine and tend to use spare room as the laundry room. The bathroom does have an electric shower and a bath. There is on street parking or if you have a small car you can use the drive.

Kingsley is a great location, good bus route, local shops and a twenty minute walk into town.

You would be sharing the house with me and my cat Louise. I am very chilled and easy to live with. My previous tenant is moving out after living with me for 18 months.

I am looking to rent the room to someone quiet, clean & tidy, considerate, good sense of humour that I can have a laugh with and likes the cat!

The way I like to work this is, if you are interested contact me. I like to meet away from the house for a chat to make sure that we would get on. Then you can check out the room, house and decide. Then I would require references, deposit (£150) and 1st months’ rent (£325). This may seem long winded way of renting but it does work for me, besides which sharing a house can be a tricky business and it is very important to get on!!
