Double room and own separate living area available

This is a lovely 2 bed house in a convenient location just off of the Wellingborough Road in Northampton. Walking distance to town and on the doorstep of Sainsburys, The Co Op and some nice pubs and restaurants.

The house is spacious and decorated nicely.

The room is a small double room which is unfurnished. But there is a fitted out basement room in addition to the main living space, with a sofa and a TV - it's like a little snug.

I am a laid back, sociable person. I work full time within a creative agency and love to chill on the sofa with a bit of Netflix.

I'm looking for someone on my wavelength, who's clean and conscientious and up for popping out for the odd beer at the local pub.
