Room Available Immediately

I have a double room available to rent. I used to rent this room out to my sister who has since moved into her own property. I own the property and have done for the past 6 years. I am looking for a professional person who will respect my home (no shoes on my carpets) I do not smoke and would prefer you not to smoke, however my sister did smoke but would always smoke in the garden. I have three cats who are very sociable and are always attention seeking for some love! I am an outgoing professional who works hard Monday to Friday. I like to keep fit which means I am usually found in the Gym after work. The property has a large kitchen which I like as I like to cook. A large garden which I will be looking to make look nice this summer so if you are a gardener please apply for the room!. I do have two toilets however one bathroom which will be shared so I am looking for someone who is hygienic. The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and two chest of drawers. The property is very central and close to pubs, restaurants, bus stops and the town centre is about a 10 minute walk away. The property is on a nice quiet street and the double room backs onto the garden so it is very peaceful. I also have a converted cellar which has a gym and another 'film room' to chill and relax in.. utility room with washer and dryer, however I prefer the dryer not to be used when it's warm and you can hang the washing on the line.. if you like what you read and would like a viewing please get in touch.
