The room is £477 per calendar month and shares a newly refurbished bathroom with just one other person.

The house benefits from off road parking, lovely back garden (with bbq and garden furniture), Virgin Media superfast broadband, TV points in all bedrooms (freeview or satellite tuners), washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
