1 room to let in clean, tidy, modern house
I have 1 room to let in my extremely clean modern house.
Whilst I am letting a room, I wouldn't expect you to be confined to that room. I'm an easy going sociable guy so ideally would like the person to become more of a friend than a tenant.
I do not have any pictures of the room at the moment as my current housemate is still here with all of his bits everywhere, however the room is 7ft 10 X 12ft 6 and will have sky multi-room - the house also has fibre optic broad band.
