Double sunny room in large house :-)

Hello,
I have a large double room that I would like to rent to a female in full time work. My house is detached and is quite large: two living rooms, large kitchen. I have unlimited Wifi broadband, but no Sky - I am not a big TV watcher.

The room is available from 1st Nov subject to references and deposit. WiFi, electricity, gas, and water are included in the monthly rate. Please note the house has a water meter so careful use of water is expected. Electricity is on economy 7, providing cheaper electricity over night for the washing machine and dishwasher. Coal is not included as part of the rent.

The house was renovated a number years ago, so it has a large kitchen extension, but still some original features (like the open fires). The driveway has space for 2 cars. I There is also a large garden.

The room, is east facing and has a bay window it is large and sunny (when we actually have sunshine). The floor is stripped and varnished and there is plenty of room / storage. The room also has a small Freeview TV.

Although there is no en suite you will only be sharing the bathroom with me (when I am here). There is also a downstairs toilet. Ideal house for a person who is clean and tidy and looking for a home to retreat to at the end of a busy day.

I am a former university lecturer and the house is stuffed with books.

I have a cat - he is friendly, but well trained and doesn't climb on work surfaces etc. Would really love to have a cat friendly person here.

Rothwell is just off the A14, and on the bus routes (bus every 20 mins) to Kettering and Market Harborough.
