I have two double bedrooms to offer in Rothwell, Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Both rooms are offered either furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. I am a 26 yo single gay male and looking for people to share the house as a home.

The price for each room is £350 each with a security deposit of £150

The house would be perfect for someone who is a working professional, like me, and willing to share meal times when we can. I work long hours and my shifts vary from week to week. I'm not really into partying hard and staying up all night but quite partial to the odd glass of red.

The house is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes and moments away from the a14 link road perfect for commuting. I work in Kettering and an average journey time is 12 mins from the house to Nandos.
