I am the owner of a modern house with one large double room beautifully decorated and furnished to rent. It is a lovely bright modern room with a supremly comfortable king size bed with quality bedding, lots of wardrobes drawers and the sole use of a large bathroom with shower. You have the use of the kitchen and living room. There is a secluded rear garden and parking for a car. It is in a quiet new residential area close to the town centre. Asda is at the bottom of the road and there is easy access onto the new Rushden road system and bypass for speedy journeys to Bedford, Northampton Kettering and Wellingborough. The A 14 is about 10 minutes away for travel further afield. There is broadband and a large TV with Sky+ in the living room and there is a new tv and digital TVs in your room. I am very easy going, young at heart professional person and I work as a consultant from home. I am happy to cook and share or if you prefer you may cook in the kitchen for yourself and if you wish invite me!!

The room would suit a similar professional person who is outgoing and clean and tidy around the house. I am no Mrs Bucket but I do like to keep my house clean and clutter free. There are all facilities for your use and wifi as well. I respect your privacy and expect the same. My current house sharer has moved on. Age and LGBT are no barriers and indeed welcomed. I do not smoke but smoking is allowed in the garden..

I have a lovely Bichon called Molly who is fabulous and loves anyone who comes into the house. Because of her I cannot accept pets. I also have part share of an adorable Wheaten Terrier called Daisy who thinks she is a human and she stays some weekends.
