The room is a large furnished double room. All bills are included along with wifi. There is Sky installed and should you want multi room it will be an extra £10 per month.
I consider my home very homely with a large garden to enjoy.
Although I smoke I only smoke in my kitchen or outside and I would expect the same in return please. Am happy to share lounge as my house is a home.
I do have a dog who is very friendly.
