New Double Room, New King Size Bed, Bills Included

We've got a spare room in our two bedroom semi-detached home furnished with a brand new king size bed with orthopedic mattress, triple wardrobe and small chest of drawers. In addition tenant will have access to their own fridge and use of our household appliances inclusive of dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We're looking for a friendly tenant who likes dogs as we have a four year old Labrador. The dog will be our responsibility but we expect you to be tolerant of him.
We both work full-time in good careers and are home most weekends.
Our home has been recently refurbished and includes a new shower room, both double bedrooms, living room and hall. Although we do have a garage this is my husbands "man cave" so will not be shared.
However, we do have a very large drive (can fit up to five cars) so off-road parking is available.

Living areas and bathrooms will be shared with ourselves however we do have two bathrooms, both with toilets so you'll never need to queue. Inclusive of rent is unlimited fibreoptic broadband, free view TV and unlimited weekend telephone calls.
