En-suite double room in modern and rural house

Hi, I'm Richard and I'm looking for a professional housemate on a Mon - Fri basis to take a double room.

The house is very quiet and rural, just outside of the village of Silverstone, so will only be suitable for somebody with their own transport. It is in a beautiful setting with a forest directly behind it which is fantastic for walking/running.

The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one room is en-suite). I am flexible about which room is let, it will be £450 pcm for regular room, £500 for the en-suite. There will be brand new sheets etc in whichever room chosen.

I am looking for a mature, tidy, respectful professional who needs a room during the week for work purposes. I am often late back from work/gym etc, so you will have a lot of space, however I am a big fan of a glass of wine and a chat if we are both around!

The property would be perfect for somebody working in Milton Keynes, and we can even possibly arrange some kind of lift share as I commute there daily.
