Easy drive or bus route to Milton Keynes or Northampton. Am looking for friendly clean and tidy professional person to share relaxed quiet house with female owner and another lodger. TV point in room and wireless internet access. I do all housework except for your bedroom, and expect a good standard of cleanliness from you in all shared areas, doing your own washing up, clearing up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom particularly, do your own cooking and washing. Friends or family welcome to visit. I do not mind if you smoke however it is not allowed in the house.
