Double Room own bathroom in Penthouse Apartment

I have a fully furnished double room available to move into in April.

The location in Upton is very convenient for the M1, A43 and A45 and is also close to the rail station and Northampton Town Centre (longish walk or short taxi / bus ride away).

The apartment is in a modern low rise block, with an open aspect in a quiet and relaxed setting. It is very, very spacious, and the large double room has its own full size bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment has all the necessary conveniences, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, wine fridge, widescreen internet TV, Broadband, netflix, etc.

I use the apartment as my second home (due to working in Northampton) and so ideally I am only looking for a Monday to Friday guest, however I don't mind occasional weekend use.

I'm pretty easy going, but you will need to help keep the place tidy, in particular, your own room and bathroom as I don't employ a cleaner. However, if you require a cleaning and washing / bedding service, I am happy to arrange/provide this for an additional cost. All other bills are included.

I work long hours and to wind down enjoy the outdoors and keep pretty fit running, cycling, etc but also like to get out socially for a meal / drink / pictures / music / etc. when I can.
