Double room available at the end of December/beginning of Jan. The room is £375 and bills aren't included but its only about £500/550 a month. Parking is available on the street- there's plenty of it. The flat is unfurnished but has a washing machine and fridge. I have furnished the flat, but not the bedroom which is available, so it would require the tenant to arrange this.
I am looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and tidy. I am very respectful of others people's space and I have lived in shared accomodation for 6 years so I am used to living with others.
