Room for rent in a lovely house :-)

Hi, i'm Jo the live in landlady, I have a room for rent in my recently refurbished house in the little village of Weedon. The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe and I also have a study where there is room for a spare desk :-)

The house has been beautifully restored and has loads of character including a farmhouse kitchen & wood burner.. In terms of parking I do not have off street parking however there is ample parking outside of the property.

So a little about me.... I am the live in landlady, i'm 29 years old, easy going and like to enjoy a nice glass of wine after a stressful day, I love to cook and also like to keep the house clean and tidy too.

I am looking for a like minded individual who like me keeps the place clean and tidy and who doesn't mind having the occassional glass of wine and natter with me (I promise i'm not a wino!!) :-)
