Due to being let down by an unreliable housemate this room has now become available earlier than expected.

So now I am looking for a trustworthy and reliable professional female – ideally - to occupy the furnished single bright room, in my spacious home, where Wi Fi is also available. The person would be expected to do their own shopping and cooking. I would also expect house cleaning when I am not around and foremost respect and care of the property and its contents. The arrangement would suit someone who does not mind spending a lot of time on their own and sharing the house, as and when with me, my partner & son who is in the army and currently visits most weekends.

In return, the person would gain “free run” of most of the house and garden, a friendly atmosphere, you’ll obviously get to have lots of privacy and frequently get your hands on the SKY remote!! .

Wellingborough town centre and bus station is about a 20 min walk, but the bus stop to the town centre is about 50 yards from the front door.
