Looking for tenants to share my home

3 storey town house with off road parking, garage, garden, kitchen and two separate living rooms. Two double bedrooms available with double built in wardrobes.

I am an easy going professionally looking for like minded individuals to share my home.

I would prefer to let rooms to professionals, and tenants I have had before tend to be in their late 20's upwards. Previously some tenants have used my home as a base as they work away from home during the week.

The house is conveniently located within easy reach of the A45 and train station, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Council tax, gas, electricity and TV licence bills (not phone) are included in the price with free access to wireless broadband.

The kitchen and utility has a washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. The sitting room has a TV with SKY and a DVD player.

An employers reference is preferred if possible, £400 deposit and the first month's rent in advance. Rent is paid by standing order to my bank account.
