I will tell you a little bit about myself, the rooms and what I am looking for.

So my name is Delina, I am 26 years old, female and I love music. I am in full time employment and stable. I’m a cheerful lady, good listener and laugh a lot but don’t know any jokes…

THE HOUSE

Ok, so it’s been a family home for 10 years but recently my mum suffered a spinal cord stroke and became fully disabled which led my parents to move to a bungalow down the road. I am staying and looking for room mates.

Room 1

Double bed with three draws, bedside table with three draws, in-build wardrobe, floating shelf, double glazing and…. The ceiling is covered in squared mirrors. It’s awesome waking up and looking up and seeing mirrors everywhere. It’s the highlight of the room!

Rent: 75 pounds all inclusive.

Room 2

The highlight for this room is the sunset. It gets really warm in the summer. Nice. So there are two single beds which can be put together into a massive king size bed or split apart and used as singles. One of them has storage space underneath and there is also a wardrobe with hangers in it, 2 x Chester draws, in-build desk with floating shelves above it. This is a double glazed king size bedroom available for either two people or one.

Rent: 100 pounds a week, all inclusive.

I am looking for easy going, chilled and happy people. Respectful of ones privacy, tidy, at least around the communal areas. Cosy, comfortable, fun and of course if you love music and don’t really like adverts then this is your place to be. Please do get in touch.

My aunt and uncle have a double bedroom available, too.
