Female lodger only (I can NOT take couples) - would prefer professional who wants room Monday to Friday (£85pw), but willing to negotiate for the right person for full week (£100pw).

Double room available, part furnished. A light, airy & spacious detached property 5 mins walk from train station, 10 mins walk from town centre. House consisting of large lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Rear flagged garden.

Residential parking restrictions enforced - permit costs about £25pa (tenant will need to cover this cost)

Must be a dog lover. My dog is not allowed to freely roam around unsupervised as is a puppy, and is normally in their kennel/enclosure or in a crate or in a separate room when on their own. I often pet sit other dogs in my home.

£85pw Mon to Fri preferred.
May consider a full 7 day rental for the right tenant, £100pw - references and deposit required.
