Clean and tidy house

Anybody is welcome to apply here, I don't mind male or female, old or young, couples or someone who has children visiting, pets are ok too.

I'm currently doing the place up as its not been touched since the 1970's hence why it's not available yet, unless you don't mind that sort of thing then I can certainly come down in price a lot.

I work between the Freeman and Hexham, and sometimes stay over night away from the property, so there will be days during the week or weekend I won't be there.

If you work in either of those areas I can give you a lift. There is off street parking for two cars.

I'm fairly quiet, studying for work or training in my spare time. I don't drink or have parties.
