Double room available in 4 bed detached house on a quiet, newly built estate in Hadston, Northumberland with good road links. (A1 less than 10 mins drive away)

House has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 toilets, large front and rear gardens, spacious kitchen and utility with plenty of storage space. Detached garage and off street parking also availabe. Sky tv and broadband.

I am 25 and own the house myself and my sister who is 21 also lives with me. I work full time in Pharmacy 9am-6pm, 5 days a week and when I'm not working I like to go surfing or if there's no surf, chill out with a film or just relax and listen to some music. Then I love a night out or two when the weekend comes... Usually in Newcastle or Morpeth.

Anyway now for the room,

Comes furnished with built in double wardrobes and double bed and with full use of all facilities etc


Smokers are welcome as long as you go outside.. :)
